Product DOA, Service was bad as well : Sony XMZZR3301 Class D Mono Subwoofer Amplifier (Grey)
Product DOA, Service was bad as well. They charged me a restocking fee on a DOA product that was open box and supposed to be new! In addition it cost me $50 to have it professionally installed to find out the unit was DOA.
